Description

As an Associate Project Manager/Project Coordinator in the Project Management Office, you will lead and manage projects that involve the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems and solutions. Your role will require strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices, as well as effective project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.

You'll be at the heart of our projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Your day will involve developing comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines. You'll manage and coordinate resources, including engineers, technicians, equipment, and materials, to keep a portfolio of projects on track.

You'll provide technical guidance and expertise to our engineering teams throughout project lifecycles, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Establishing strong communication channels with clients will be key, as you'll need to understand their requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns. Additionally, you'll monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure they stay within financial targets.

This is a hybrid role in the Seattle area.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; or equivalent technical degree

Previous experience in electrical engineering, project management/coordination, or a related role

Experience with electrical utilities preferred

2 - 5 years experience

Must have valid Driver's License and personal vehicle and willingness to travel 10-15% for site visit requirements

PMP preferred

Creative critical thinker who can analyze technical details and provide solutions with minimal guidance
