Our client, a private holding company located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Temp-to-Perm Workplace Experience Attendant to support the day-to-day operations of the New York City office. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming workplace environment while ensuring office pantries, conference rooms, and common areas are fully stocked and operational. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with flexibility required based on office needs. Compensation is $20/hour. Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of pantries, kitchens, conference rooms, and shared office spaces throughout the day. Stock snacks, beverages, coffee stations, and office supplies; monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs proactively. Receive, organize, and distribute deliveries and incoming supplies. Assist with weekly food and supply orders, including pantry replenishment and catering coordination. Set up and reset conference rooms for meetings, including ensuring technology, seating, and refreshments are prepared. Support office-wide tidiness by removing clutter, organizing shared spaces, and ensuring work areas remain guest-ready. Assist with office moves, supply storage, and general workplace organization projects. Provide a welcoming, hospitality-driven experience for visitors and employees. Provide general operational and administrative support to the Office Manager as needed. Qualifications: 2+ years of workplace, office operations, hospitality, facilities, or customer service experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using basic office technology and equipment, including printers, copiers, conference room setups, and Outlook. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a "no task too big or too small" mindset. Ability to lift and move office supplies, snacks, and deliveries as needed.
