Security Officer - Manufacturing Site

As a Security Officer in Pleasant Prairie, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support a caring culture that puts people first while working with an agile, reliable, and innovative team that values teamwork and integrity every day.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

Minimum 1 plus years of Security experience Or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required

Mon10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Tue10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Wed10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Thur10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Fri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations in accordance with site guidelines.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, report maintenance or security-related concerns, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.

Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by observing surroundings, assisting with directions or general questions, and reporting conditions that may require follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
