Wilde Toyota is looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our team as Automotive Sales Representatives.

Automotive experience is welcome, but it is not required. We are interested in driven individuals who communicate well, enjoy working with people, and are ready to build a successful career in automotive sales.

Whether you already have a strong sales background or bring experience from hospitality, retail, customer service, restaurants, wireless sales, or another fast-paced environment, we provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will guide customers through the vehicle-buying process while creating a professional, welcoming, and straightforward experience.

You will:

Welcome customers and learn about their vehicle needs, preferences, and priorities

Build genuine relationships through strong communication and active listening

Help customers explore available vehicles, features, and technology

Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives

Follow up with prospective and existing customers by phone, text, and email

Maintain accurate customer information and activity within dealership systems

Partner with sales leadership and other departments to support a smooth purchasing experience

Stay informed about Toyota products, available inventory, and current programs

Represent Wilde Toyota with professionalism, energy, and integrity

Work toward individual and dealership performance goals

Previous automotive sales experience is not required. Experience in sales, hospitality, restaurants, retail, customer service, wireless, or other people-focused industries can provide a strong foundation for this role.

A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are required.
