Job Title: Process Sustaining Engineering Technician (3rd Shift | Sunday-Thursday | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM)

Job Description

The Process Sustaining Engineering Technician supports manufacturing operations through hands-on troubleshooting, equipment support, and process improvement activities. This role requires strong electromechanical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated production environment. The Technician is responsible for identifying and resolving equipment issues, supporting process stability, and ensuring accurate documentation of all work performed. The ideal candidate must be comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing production needs.

Responsibilities

Travel between sites as needed to support operations.

Essential Skills

Hands-on electromechanical troubleshooting experience.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly.

Strong documentation skills.

Experience in mechanical assembly, electrical troubleshooting, and automation system interfacing.

Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Entry-level candidates can be trained.

Prior experience in mechanical assembly, electrical troubleshooting, and interfacing with automation systems is beneficial.

Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and regulated, requiring the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and adapt to rapid priority changes. Technicians may need to travel between sites as needed. The role is hands-on, focusing on electromechanical troubleshooting, mechanical assembly, and interfacing with automation systems. Accurate record-keeping is crucial in this regulated manufacturing setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Carlsbad, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $37.00/hr.
