Kelly Services, in partnership with Nissan North America,is currently recruiting for an Incident Investigation Specialist . In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, investigating, and managing product liability allegations related to vehicle safety and performance.
This is a full-time, hourly role paying $27.80/hour with growth potential at Nissan North America after one year.
Hybrid Schedule: In office Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm. Fridays are work from home.
As a Incident Investigation Specialist, you will:
Gather accident details from customers referencing product liability concerns and accurately document all information.
Educate customers on the proper operation of affected vehicle systems.
Coordinate vehicle inspections with Nissan's technical personnel or third-party service providers.
Collect and analyze information from customers, dealers, and third-party agencies to ensure comprehensive case investigations.
Receive inspection findings from the Nissan legal department and engineering teams to help establish the company's position.
Confidently communicate Nissan North America's position to customers, negotiate settlements when appropriate, or issue denials of assistance.
Coordinate with aftersales support staff, dealers, attorneys, insurance companies, and law enforcement to facilitate thorough case resolution, including repairs or repurchases.
Review and process repair estimates and service provider billing in accordance with company guidelines.
We're seeking candidates with:
Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
The ability to handle confidential information and sensitive cases professionally.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree required-no exceptions.
Experience: At least one year of relevant professional experience (automotive claims, case management, or product liability preferred).
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and case management software. Saleforce highly preferred
