Site Operations & Facility Manager Compensation: $164,626-$182,923 Posting Date: 7/14/26-7/21/26 4 - 10 hour work week The Site Operations and Facility Manager serves as the formal Nuclear Facility Manager (NFM) for designated Hazard Category nuclear facilities in accordance with 10 CFR 830, DOE O 420.1C, DOE O 433.1B, facility authorization Basis, Technical Safety Requirements (TSR), and applicable company policies and is responsible for the safe, compliant, and effective management of day-to-day operations and maintenance activities. This role provides leadership for operations, maintenance, utilities, infrastructure interfaces, configuration management, and Conduct of Operations implementation to ensure facilities are operated safely, and consistently with the Authorization Basis. The manager directs multidisciplinary teams, ensures regulatory compliance, maintains facility readiness, and supports site missions and project execution MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS A. Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in engineering, scientific discipline, or related technical field or an equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of ten (10) years related progressive experience Minimum of five (5) years leadership or supervisory experience B. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of four (4) years in a DOE or commercial nuclear environment preferred Experience implementing Nuclear Maintenance Management Program (NMMP), Conduct of Operations, and DOE O 433.1B programs preferred Knowledge of Hazard Category Nuclear Facilities in accordance with 10 CFR 830, DOE O 420.1C, DOE O 433.1B, facility authorization Basis, Technical Safety Requirements (TSR), and applicable company policies C. Licenses/Certifications: None D. Other Requirements: Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives and lead a team with diverse backgrounds and duties Strong strategic thinking and plannings skills Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills Strong ethical standards and integrity Must be able to wear PPE, including respiratory protection Must be available to respond to after-hours operational issues
