Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in a small office environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, at least 2 years of administrative or office experience, and solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. You will support daily office operations and be comfortable managing a variety of administrative tasks. This position is onsite full-time, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

Answer and route phone calls

Coordinate scheduling and calendars

Manage vendor communications and relationships

Handle incoming and outgoing mail

Provide general administrative support for the office

Assist with day-to-day office operations

Requirements

2+ years of administrative or office experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Comfortable working in a small office setting

Ability to start ASAP
