As a Vice President of Manufacturing , you will be a critical leader responsible for driving performance across our manufacturing network. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on operational leadership, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance while developing the next generation of talent.
Reporting to the SVP of Manufacturing, you'll partner closely with cross-functional leaders to shape business initiatives, strengthen plant performance, and build a high-performing, future-ready organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead manufacturing operations across a group of plants, driving performance against key metrics including cost, quality, safety, and delivery
Partner with the business to execute critical initiatives aligned to growth and operational excellence priorities
Own and manage the business unit manufacturing budget, ensuring strong financial performance and cost discipline
Develop and implement strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, and overall manufacturing performance
Lead talent development, succession planning, and organizational capability building across the manufacturing network
Foster a culture of continuous improvement using CI/lean methodologies
Collaborate cross-functionally across supply chain, operations, and commercial teams to align manufacturing with business goals
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related area. MBA preferred.
15 years of progressive leadership experience in a complex manufacturing environment with proven executive leadership experience and corporate strategic planning
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, delivering against performance targets
Demonstrated success in developing talent, building high-performing teams, and driving results through others
Background in manufacturing leadership, ideally within CPG or a related industry
Deep understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and operational excellence
Enterprise mindset with the ability to connect manufacturing strategy to broader business objectives
Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred

The pay range for this position is $174,368 - $299,913 per year.
