Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at an entertainment company in Beverly Hills. This is a contract position to cover for a vacation leave and designed for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage shifting priorities, maintain schedules, and help daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, sound judgment, and an experienced approach to executive support.

Responsibilities:

Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize appointments, and adjust schedules to meet changing business needs.

Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.

Coordinate meeting logistics by securing conference spaces, confirming attendees, and preparing materials in advance.

Support executives with day-to-day administrative tasks to improve efficiency and maintain workflow continuity.

Track time-sensitive commitments and follow up on action items to help leaders stay organized and prepared.

Serve as a key point of coordination for travel plans, scheduling updates, and executive meetings across internal and external contacts.

Requirements - Proven experience providing administrative support to senior executives or leadership teams.

Strong ability to manage calendars and balance multiple competing priorities with accuracy.

Demonstrated experience booking and coordinating travel arrangements from start to finish.

Confidence handling executive meetings, scheduling changes, and related logistics with professionalism.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
