Part-Time Office Assistant

Description We are looking for a dependable Office Assistant to support daily administrative and front desk activities in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This onsite opportunity is a Contract to permanent position and offers a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week for an initial 2-month assignment. The person in this role will help create an organized, detail-oriented office environment while handling a range of clerical and coordination tasks that keep operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and support front desk coverage by answering inbound calls and directing inquiries appropriately.

Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely and organized manner.

Keep the reception area, shared spaces, and common office areas neat, presentable, and ready for daily use.

Track inventory levels for office and kitchen items, place supply orders, and replenish materials as needed.

Assist with document scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks to maintain accurate and accessible records.

Coordinate with external vendors for routine office-related needs and follow up on service requests when necessary.

Prepare meeting spaces and provide logistical support for internal gatherings and day-to-day office activities.

Contribute to smooth daily operations by handling administrative assignments and general office support duties as directed. Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in an office support, receptionist, front desk, or administrative position.

Ability to manage receptionist duties effectively, including greeting guests and handling inbound phone calls.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks and shifting priorities independently.

Experience performing clerical work such as scanning documents, filing records, and maintaining office documentation.

Familiarity with monitoring and replenishing office supplies to support uninterrupted workplace operations.

Detail-oriented communication skills and a service-oriented approach when interacting with staff, visitors, and vendors.

Dependable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to maintain a consistent part-time onsite schedule. TalentMatch®
