Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support daily campaign coordination and administrative operations in Omaha, Nebraska. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing office support, event coordination, and digital marketing tasks in a fast-moving environment. The role will contribute to scheduling, content organization, and team operations while helping maintain an efficient and detail-oriented campaign presence.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and handle logistics for events and team activities to keep campaign priorities on track.

Provide consistent administrative support to campaign leaders and staff, ensuring routine tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Organize social media materials and digital content assets to support outreach efforts across online platforms.

Maintain orderly digital file systems for photos, documents, and campaign resources so information is easy to access and update.

Oversee general office coordination and help streamline day-to-day administrative processes for smooth operations.

Assist with marketing initiatives, direct outreach activities, and email-related support as needed for campaign execution.

Contribute to special assignments and provide additional operational support based on evolving campaign needs.

Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, marketing support, or a related function.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for scheduling, document preparation, and communication.

Working knowledge of social media platforms, digital tools, and online content management environments.

Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.

Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with a team-oriented and detail-oriented approach.

High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Availability to work onsite in Omaha, Nebraska, with flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend events.

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, photography, photo editing, or content creation is considered an advantage. TalentMatch®
