Your Role in the Experience

As a Vehicle Sales Representative, you are the face of the BMW brand.

Build lasting relationships with a sophisticated clientele seeking premium BMW vehicles.

Lead clients through a consultative, needs-based sales process tailored to their lifestyle.

Maintain expert-level knowledge of BMW products, technology, and market trends.

Deliver a seamless, luxury buying journey-from first contact through final delivery and beyond.

Performance Deserves Reward

This is a performance-driven position with exceptional earning potential.

Estimated Annual Earnings: $70,000-$130,000

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includesCommission(s) off: Individual Payable Gross Bonuses based on: Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.
