About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join a growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly through strong administrative support, record management, and data accuracy.

The ideal candidate is comfortable handling documentation, following up on outstanding items, maintaining organized records, and supporting internal teams with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor outstanding items and ensure timely follow-up on unresolved requests.

Verify that all required approvals, documentation, and supporting materials have been received and are complete.

Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders regarding missing information or pending approvals.

Maintain and organize electronic and physical files to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.

Perform data entry and update records within company systems.

Review documents for completeness and accuracy.

Support administrative processes and workflow coordination across departments.

Assist with reporting, record maintenance, and general office support duties.

Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

Previous administrative, clerical, office support, or data entry experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Ramsey, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.

Hourly role, $25-30/hour. Health & wellness benefits.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Ramsey,MN.
