Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 7 am - 4pm

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant I? You'll be:

Processing purchase orders, invoices, goods receipts, and related transactions in the SAP system

Ensuring data accuracy, performing data validations, and troubleshooting errors

Creating requisitions, tracking orders, and finalizing records in SAP

Assisting with month-end reporting activities and vendor setup

Inputting detailed product ticketing information for correct tracking, billing, and reporting

Supporting evolving system records and assisting with administrative tasks

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)

Are detail-oriented with strong data entry and validation skills

Possess experience or familiarity with SAP

Are comfortable working Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm

Demonstrate excellent organizational and troubleshooting abilities
