Job Title: Fill Operator (General Production) (1st Shift) ($17.50/hr.)
Job Description
This role supports a high-quality skincare and beauty manufacturing operation by working on an assembly line to fill, package, and prepare products for shipment. You will read and follow manufacturing orders, operate filling equipment, perform visual inspections, and complete documentation accurately while meeting daily production and quality goals on a consistent 1st shift schedule. Responsibilities
Work at the end of the assembly line to assemble and prepare boxes for customer orders.
Perform visual inspections to verify that each box contains the correct products according to customer specifications.
Handle repetitive tasks that involve twisting, turning, and lifting while maintaining focus and accuracy.
Take finished boxes from the end of the assembly line and tape them securely for shipping.
Lift and move products weighing up to 15-20 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
Package products on the assembly line according to work orders and manufacturing instructions.
Read and comprehend manufacturing orders and work instructions to ensure correct packaging and filling.
Fill solutions and lotions into designated packaging to achieve identified production numbers based on demand.
Set up filling lines with speed and accuracy to support efficient production.
Make small adjustments to filling equipment as needed to maintain proper operation and product quality.
Conduct regular quality checks on filled products and packaging to ensure they meet standards.
Complete line paperwork neatly, accurately, and in full for each production run.
Label products and packaging correctly as part of the general production process.
Operate a manual pallet jack to transfer filled solutions and finished products to designated holding areas.
Follow safety, cleanliness, and quality procedures while working in a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment.

Work Environment
The role is based in a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility focused on innovative skincare, spray tanning, and beauty technology products. The environment includes modern spray and skincare production lines, industry-leading tanning equipment, spray booths, and related beauty tech systems. The facility produces full-body skincare and spray solutions that power millions of treatments annually across a global network of salons, spas, fitness clubs, and beauty professionals. Employees may notice a light odor similar to over-the-counter self-tanning creams or lotions. Work is performed on a 1st shift schedule, Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, offering a consistent routine with three-day weekends. The production floor emphasizes cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety and quality standards while supporting a collaborative, fast-paced assembly and packaging operation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
