Kelly is hiring an Assembler/Packager on behalf of a leading custom manufacturing and packaging solutions company in Ravenna.

$16.00

7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

Assemble products and packaging kits according to work instructions and production schedules.

Package finished products and components for shipment.

Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, drills, and other assembly equipment.

Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and blueprints as needed.

Measure materials using a tape measure.

Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing, assembly, packaging, warehouse, or production experience preferred.

Experience with electrical assembly or wiring is a plus but not required.

Ability to read and follow written instructions and assembly drawings.

Ability to read a tape measure.

Ability to work overtime when needed.

Ability to lift 25-30 lbs. throughout the shift.

What You'll Build

Depending on the production area, you may:

Assemble customer service desks and other commercial fixtures using pneumatic rivet guns, drills, and hand tools.

Create packaging kits and prepare products for shipment.

Wrap, label, and package finished goods.

Work Environment

Team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Radio or headphones are permitted while working but must be removed when speaking with supervisors.

Designated outdoor smoking and vaping areas available during breaks.

Steel-toe boots or shoes are required.
