Job Title: Sr. Operations Manager
Location : South San Francisco, CA
Work Schedule: Hybrid - (Three days on-site, two days remote; team anchor days to be determined) Monday through Friday. - Standard 8-hour shift
Pay Rate : $48 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sr. Operations Manager to join our Chief Marketing Office (CMO). In this highly visible and impactful role, you will lead operational strategy and execution for two key teams: Access & Account Marketing (AAM) and Population Health (PH). Your leadership will be crucial in driving operational excellence, optimizing team effectiveness, and ensuring seamless collaboration among internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Operational Excellence: Lead planning, process improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives to support AAM and PH teams.
Strategic Partnership: Serve as a critical liaison across CMO, AAM, and PH, orchestrating seamless communication, resource alignment, and workflow optimization.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Build and manage relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement process enhancements that elevate team performance and customer experience.
Project Leadership: Oversee the execution of key projects and initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring alignment to strategic objectives.
AAM Team Support (50%)
Act as operational SME for (Sr. Marketing Directors) across:
Activation: Support OCAN network execution and operationalize activation efforts.
Strategic Communications: Ensure alignment and execution of CE Communication Strategy within AAM.
Strategic Oversight: Advance AAM strategy, drive priorities, and lead the scaling of Customer Engagement best practices.
Business Operations: Manage budgets, provide performance metrics, execute dashboards, and partner for resource roll-outs.
Collaborate with the Senior Administrative Business Partner on strategic and tactical operations.
Population Health Team Support (50%)
Act as operational SME for our Sr. Director.
Project Planning & Execution: Lead comprehensive project planning and milestone tracking for population health initiatives.
Reporting: Generate and analyze usage reports to measure engagement with creative materials and marketing assets.
Asset Management: Oversee Veeva and GOLF asset management, ensuring proper storage and accessibility of approved materials.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required; 5-7 years of relevant experience in marketing, operations, vendor management, or project management.
Demonstrated success managing complex projects and operational initiatives.

Adaptability & Learning Agility: Highly resilient and tech-savvy, able to adapt to new tools and initiatives quickly (including Veeva, GOLF, and other digital platforms).
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of marketing structures, processes, and best practices.
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industries.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, AI tools, and modern work practices.
