For our Engineering Material Group, specifically our Lord Noise Vibration & Harshness Division - we are looking for a Process Technician for our Plant in Monzambano, focused on steer by wire devices.

The Process Technician is responsible for supporting and improving manufacturing and assembly processes to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production. The role develops and maintains work instructions and process documentation, performs time studies and supports costing activities, and ensures ERP/MRP master data (e.g., BOMs and routings) are accurate and controlled. The technician provides real-time production support to troubleshoot issues, manage non-conformities, and enable smooth execution of production plans. This position also supports NPI/proto@type builds, operator training, SPC/data reporting, and rework management to achieve measurable improvements in quality, delivery, and cost.

MAIN DUTIES

Develop production processes and assembly tools and document their validation with direct support of the VSL/process engineer

Write/update manufacturing instructions for EMS department in LIT and document their validation.

Make time studies and Cost estimate with support of process engineering to track improvements in EMS processes

Verify and validate BOM and master data and compared to technical drawings and company management system "SBO".

Support production directly on the shop floor in the resolution of technical problems on machines or processes.

Support the quality department in the analysis and resolution of non-compliance internally and to our customers by problem solving activities.

Participate in various projects of introducing new products or enhancements processes in collaboration with product engineering (V&E) and the group of continuous improvement (VA/VE).

Realize the production of proto@types to support the introduction of new products or modifications to improve.

Integrate aspects of safety in all processes and/or operating instructions that will develop or that already have been defined during risk assessments and edited in collaboration with the relevant authorities.

Statistical process control on critical process characteristics and write technical reports constantly

Support training to the shift leader or operators.

Manage rework activities with the collaboration of shift leader and quality engineer

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Maintain and sustain assembly lines in EMS department to meet safety/quality/delivery/cost requirements.

Provide explanations and training to the operators on the manufacturing instructions

Make proto@types according to drawings and specifications developed in collaboration with the Engineering for Product.

Maintain performances of number of scrap in EMS department

J OBHOLDER REQUIREMENTS

University Degree in Mechanical engineer (or equivalent studies: eg. technical diploma in Mechanics);

Experience 0 to 2+ Years as process engineer in structured industrial sites;

Fluent English;

Easy management of Office package (Word, excel, One note, Power point);

Problem solving skills;

Really appreciated ability to use software for 3d modeling as Inventor;

Ability to act/deliver independently or quickly find role in ad-hoc created project teams;

Feels confident on driving change;

Strong problem solving skills;

Good communication skills;

Time management;

Manage activities with right prioritization;

Work in teams.
