Parts Administrator

Cypress, California

Day Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay starts at $27/hr +/- DOE W2

Benefits (medical, dental, vision) + paid holidays paid vacation

Job Overview:

Material procurement

Performance of all tasks involved with Engine Material procurement and tracking

Track inventory

Provide parts logistics support

Evaluate inventory to determine excess and obsolete material based on material usage

Coordinate with production to determine Sales Order Material requirement

Prioritize and manage material deliveries to ensure on time delivery of sales orders

Order Exchange Parts

Ensure Engines meet Cycle 2 Clearance Date

Handling phone and electronic communications with suppliers

Ensure discrepancies relating to Purchase Orders / Invoices are resolved on a timely basis

Documentum

GRIR

Open PO's

Work with PWC Spares

Work with PWCS

Generate non-product Purchase Orders

Manage non-product Vendors

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior shipping / receiving / warehouse / inventory experience.

Basic computer knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and the ability to learn new software programs.

Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to focus on task.
