Pay: Competitive salary based on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday Business Hours

What's a typical day as a Bilingual Japanese Admin Assistant? You'll be:

Providing administrative support, including conference and meeting planning, and preparation of documents.

Collecting and compiling records and documentation in an organized manner for filing.

Gathering data and preparing standard and custom reports to assist in decision-making.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a minimum of 2-3 years of on-the-job experience; completion of a vocational training program may substitute for 1 year of experience.

Possess strong reading, communication, math, and problem-solving skills at the High School/GED level.

Are proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; additional skills in research and graphics are desirable.

Have excellent alpha and numeric filing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support department-specific needs.

Must possess both verbal and written bilingual skills in Japanese and English.
