This role is a multifaceted administrative role involving both front-desk customer service and fundamental accounting tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing phone calls, processing payments and invoices, data entry, maintaining financial records, and handling office mail. This position requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with office and accounting software to ensure smooth front-office operations and accurate financial support. Key Responsibilities of Reception & Front-Desk:

Welcome and direct visitors, clients, and other guests to the appropriate personnel.

Answer and direct incoming calls and manage a multi-line phone system.

Maintain a clean, professional, and organized reception area.

Monitor visitor access and issue security passes as needed.

Administrative & Clerical:

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.

Manage office supplies, monitor inventory, and place orders when necessary.

Assist with filing, copying, scanning, and other general clerical duties.

Schedule appointments and assist with meeting coordination.

Accounting Support:

Process incoming payments, deposits, and reconcile accounts.

Perform data entry into business systems and maintain financial records.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with office software, spreadsheets, and accounting databases.
