Office Assistant

Location: On-site

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Our client, a leader in a fast-growing and innovation-driven industry, is seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. Provide administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams

Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and office logistics

Manage office supplies and track departmental inventory

Submit and monitor facilities, maintenance, and IT service requests

Track purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs)

Assist with budget tracking and reporting

Prepare reports and maintain internal data for leadership

Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives

Order and track office and IT equipment

Coordinate team logistics (meetings, events, food orders)

Identify and support process improvements to drive efficiency

Qualifications

3+ years of administrative or office support experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook required)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

This is a Contract position based out of Raymond, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
