Our client in the manufacturing space is seeking a Growth Marketing Analyst to support growth goals in the U.S. market by analyzing B2B user data and using those insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns. This role will be onsite in Malvern, PA. The role will be 5 days a week onsite with potential for some remote flexibility down the line.This role reports to the Digital Marketing Team Lead and is focused on execution, experimentation, and performance improvement based on deeply understanding our strategy to make smarter campaign-level decisions.The ideal candidate has experience uncovering scalable, repeatable growth levers and knows how to connect MarTech platforms, launch campaigns quickly, and continuously test and refine messaging, content, and delivery to improve results.Responsibilities:-Analyze customer, prospect, and buyer intent data using tools such as Bombora, Lead Forensics, Zoominfo, CRM, and marketing automation platforms to identify behavioral patterns and performance opportunities across digital campaigns.-Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows to scale outreach and nurture leads using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, and related MarTech platforms.-Develop and manage segmentation logic, data pipelines, and audience activation strategies within marketing automation and CRM systems, aligned to content, product positioning, and channel mix.-Design, execute, and analyze experiments across email, paid social, landing pages, and other digital channels using advertising platforms, analytics tools, and experimentation frameworks to improve engagement and conversion.-Monitor campaign and content performance through analytics and reporting tools, identify trends and gaps, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations for optimization.-Support the development and refinement of buyer personas by analyzing needs, pain points, and behavioral signals derived from intent data, engagement data, and CRM insights.-Collaborate with digital marketing, product marketing, and sales teams to align messaging, targeting, and campaign execution across platforms.-Share insights from U.S. market performance with global marketing teams and international subsidiaries.-Identify underutilized or emerging channels and test their potential impact through structured experimentation and rapid iteration.To succeed in this role, you:-Have a strong bias for action. You scale what works to improve performance over time.-ideally have experience using AI and no-code tools. You love experimenting with new technology to better understand it and accelerate your workflow.Requirements:-3-5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing analytics, or marketing optimization roles-Understanding of marketing automation tools and MarTech ecosystems-Proven experience designing, implementing, and optimizing automated marketing workflows-Hands-on experience with social media marketing platforms and analytics tools-Data-driven, with the ability to analyze funnel metrics and adjust tactics quickly-Startup or builder mindset: creative, resourceful, and comfortable experimentingThis role plays a critical part in translating data into better marketing outcomes.
