Job Description

Our client is currently hiring for an Admin/Executive Assistant to support a faculty member at a local university's School of Oral Health.

This role provides direct administrative support to the Assistant Dean of Clinical Affairs and plays a critical part in the day-to-day operations of the office.

The Admin/Executive Assistant will support ongoing operations and communications, while managing and processing confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion. This position is responsible for delivering clerical and general administrative support that contributes to the achievement of departmental goals.

Additionally, the Administrative Assistant III will represent the Office of the Assistant Dean of Clinical Affairs professionally at all times, interacting with faculty, staff, students, alumni, community health centers, professional organizations, and members of the broader academic community and general public.

This position reports directly to the Assistant Dean of Clinical Affairs.

Qualifications

2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience

The Executive Assistant must demonstrate strong decision-making abilities to effectively prioritize and support the best interests of the Dean.

Candidates must have extensive experience with Google Workspace, including advanced calendar management and proficiency in Google Sheets.

The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Additionally, this individual will be responsible for drafting and distributing communications to both family-facing audiences and the broader university community, ensuring all messaging is professional, clear, and timely

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Louis, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
