Field Sales Representative (Account Development Executive)

Base + Uncapped Commission | $25K+ Target Commission | Six-Figure Potential

What You'll Do

Prospect and engage local businesses within your assigned territory (door-to-door, in-person outreach)

Present and pitch partnership opportunities that help businesses generate additional revenue

Guide new partners through onboarding and ensure a smooth launch

Build and maintain a strong pipeline using Salesforce

Represent the program at local networking events and community outreach opportunities

Develop long-term relationships with business owners in your territory

What We're Looking For

1-2+ years of sales, customer service, or customer-facing experience

Comfortable with in-person prospecting and field-based work

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with a hunter mentality

Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

This is a Contract position based out of Edwardsville, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
