Join the Executive Briefing Program team as a Briefing Coordinator (Senior Analyst), where you will help deliver seamless, high-impact customer engagements across global Executive Briefing Centers. This program brings together customers, executives, and technologists to address complex business challenges through curated, strategic conversations and world-class experiences.
This role supports a strategic initiative focused on accelerating AI adoption and positioning the organization as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers. The program delivers high-impact engagements for business leaders and decision-makers shaping long-term AI strategy.
The Program Coordinator plays a critical role in executing these engagements and extending their impact through follow-on executive interactions, including 1:1 briefings at Executive Briefing Centers.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with program coordinators to manage event logistics, including content readiness, registration processes, and onsite execution
Own and manage event platforms (e.g., Cvent), including building registration pages, tracking attendee engagement, and supporting campaign performance
Develop and manage customer invitations and social media campaigns
Oversee event technology readiness (hardware, software, demo environments) and serve as the onsite technical point of contact
Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and continuously improve tools and event experiences
Track and report on conversion metrics, including pipeline contribution and business impact from events to executive engagements
Coordinate regional content updates and localization across multiple languages (e.g., French Canadian, Spanish, Portuguese)
Maintain program operations, including SharePoint updates, event calendars, planning documentation, and required reporting artifacts
Partner with sales teams, stakeholders, and program consultants to identify high-value attendees and post-event opportunities
Drive conversion of event engagements into 1:1 executive briefings
Coordinate briefing intake, scheduling, and pre-brief alignment to ensure clear objectives and strong customer relevance
Support agenda development and ensure consistency of messaging across event and briefing experiences
Support Executive Briefing Center logistics, including room readiness, materials preparation, and coordination across teams
Act as a liaison across sales, marketing, and partner teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution
Deliver reporting across event performance, attendee engagement, and pipeline impact
Provide onsite support as needed, including attendee check-in, agenda flow, and real-time issue resolution
Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in event program management, executive briefings, or field marketing
Experience supporting B2B technology events or enterprise customer engagements
Proven ability to manage end-to-end event logistics (registration, content coordination, onsite execution)
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, partners)
Ability to drive post-event follow-up and support pipeline development activities
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
Proficiency with event tools (e.g., Cvent) and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
