Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and benefits industry, is seeking a Customer Service I to join their team. As a Customer Service I, you will be part of the Enrollment Services department supporting customer onboarding and enrollment processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service I

Location: Livermore, CA onsite

Pay Range: $23/hr

What's the Job?

Assist customers throughout the full enrollment process

Serve as the main point of contact from account initiation to activation

Clearly explain service details, costs, and enrollment steps

Provide training and guidance to customers during onboarding

Handle high-volume inbound/outbound phone interactions

What's Needed?

Proven customer service experience (phone-based preferred)

Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Quick learner with strong information retention skills

High level of attention to detail
