As a Security Officer Full Time Bank Patrol Detail in Huntington, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $19.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Tue08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Wed08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Thur08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Fri08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor logs, and deliveries in accordance with site protocols to help to deter unauthorized access.

Support day-to-day operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity while following Allied Universal standards and post instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
