This Marketing Analyst role focuses on driving strategic marketing and revenue growth within the aerospace manufacturing sector. Responsibilities
Apply strong marketing and sales acumen to support revenue growth strategies within the aerospace manufacturing sector.
Partner with leadership to identify market opportunities, refine positioning, and support go-to-market initiatives.
Develop high-impact, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations with exceptional speed and quality.
Translate complex data, strategies, and insights into clear, compelling narratives with strong visual design.
Conduct rapid, in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments.
Evaluate market direction, channel effectiveness, cost benchmarks, and positioning opportunities.
Provide actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making and support revenue growth.
Analyze campaign performance across digital and traditional channels, including email, social media, events, and web.
Track and report key marketing KPIs such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), return on investment (ROI), and conversion rates.
Build dashboards and reports that enable real-time performance tracking and optimization.
Deliver insights that directly inform growth initiatives, forecasting, and broader business strategy.
Support the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to improve campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.
Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
Leverage knowledge of aerospace marketplaces and key tradeshows, including major industry events.
Organize and facilitate all trade shows, managing end-to-end coordination of events, including logistics, booth strategy, messaging, and executive alignment.
Ensure strong brand presence and measurable ROI from industry engagements and events.
Travel periodically to support tradeshows, customer events, and industry engagements as needed.
Work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of marketing initiatives.
Support integrated planning across departments to drive efficiency, consistency, and impact.
Develop deep insights into customer behavior, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
Identify growth opportunities through data-backed analysis of customer and market trends.
Perform price analysis and other financial-oriented marketing assessments to support strategic decisions.
Report findings and recommendations directly to senior leadership, including the C-suite, in a clear and concise manner.
Essential Skills
5-7 years of experience in market analysis, preferably within manufacturing and ideally within aviation or aerospace.
Proven experience in marketing analytics, strategic marketing support, or a similar marketing-focused analytical role.
Strong marketing management and marketing analysis skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Demonstrated ability to perform price analysis and evaluate market direction, channel effectiveness, and positioning opportunities.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, including demonstrated design and storytelling expertise for executive-level presentations.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including building reports, dashboards, and analytical models.
Experience with analytics and reporting tools used to track marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a data-driven mindset.
Ability to work at pace, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, including correct use of technical and industry-specific terminology.
Proficiency with presentation software and other core office productivity tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry, with familiarity in supporting several original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
Knowledge of aerospace marketplaces and industry platforms, such as major aviation-focused publications and events.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Experience with digital marketing platforms and campaign tools across email, social, events, and web channels.
Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Experience reporting directly to senior leadership and synthesizing complex findings into concise recommendations.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, Operations, and Marketing.
Interest in contributing to a growing marketing department and helping shape processes, best practices, and capabilities over time.
Work Environment
You will join a lean, high-impact marketing team currently led by a Vice President of Marketing, with plans for the department to grow significantly over the next few years. The role is based in the West Street and Kellogg area of Wichita, working closely with leadership and cross-functional partners in a professional office environment. The position involves regular use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, analytics and reporting tools, CRM and marketing automation platforms, and digital marketing technologies. You will support major industry tradeshows and events, which may require periodic travel and on-site coordination at venues such as large aerospace exhibitions. The environment emphasizes fast-paced execution, high-quality deliverables, and close collaboration with senior leaders, offering meaningful opportunities for growth and expanded responsibility as the marketing function scales.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
