Job Purpose

Responsible for the process of blending and receiving various raw materials while adhering to all applicable regulations and compliance policies within the department.

Duties & Responsibilities

Adheres to company policies and presents a professional, positive

attitude at all times.

Batch product and complete all documentation in support of

production.

Load and unload incoming tanker trucks.

Acquire operational knowledge of blending and fluid transfers.

Maintain awareness of Blending Center/Production issues affecting

output, quality and yields.

Manage the process to transfer fluid to bulk storage or packaging

lines.

Inspect work areas, tools and equipment in order to detect unsafe

conditions; and follow up with necessary repairs and resolution procedures.

Monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Perform operator maintenance on blending equipment and troubleshoots

and notify maintenance of needed equipment repairs.

Maintain inventory and other information, when necessary, by

climbing and gauging tanks and sampling product.

Ensure compliance adherence regarding all safety/quality programs;

ISO, LOTO, PSM, OSHA regulations, etc.

Must follow strict safety rules.

Will work overtime as needed.

Other duties as needed or assigned.
