As a Retail Lead, you will be responsible for supervising the performance of team members in your specific department. What will you do?
Verify that merchandise is properly stocked and attractively shown
Ensure the selling space is clean and in proper condition
Uphold orderly back stock and liaise with vendors to maintain proper inventory
Keep team members on task in the absence of the supervisor
More about you
Must be at least 18 years of age
Previous experience leading in a retail space is preferred
No high school diploma or GED required
Physical requirements
Long-term standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds
