Administrative Assistant

Haumiller Engineering has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and energeticAdministrative Assistantin our South Elgin office! Our ideal candidate will have intermediate skills using Microsoft Office applications who can provide friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service. What You Will Do:**

Answer incoming calls and direct customer inquiries to appropriate

personnel

Manage the front desk, greet incoming clients and visitors upon

entry into the facility

Provide assistance and support to administration departments

Responsibility for daily mail and distribution

Maintain a neat and tidy reception and lobby area. Monitor and

maintain meeting rooms organization and cleanliness

What You Will Bring:

Experience using Microsoft Office applications with proficiency in

excel

Experience maintaining and performing filing and record keeping

responsibilities

Maintain building security by following procedures and controlling

access to buildings

A positive attitude with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written

communication skills

Familiarity with basic accounting principles

Working knowledge of MS Office applications Excel, Word, PowerPoint

and Outlook
