Job Title: Warehouse Inventory Specialist
Job Description
This role focuses on accurately managing warehouse inventory by counting large volumes of items on pallets, using scan guns to pick and pack orders, and preparing shipments. Responsibilities
Count and verify hundreds of inventory items on pallets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Use scan guns to pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, staging, and organizing outgoing products.
Perform general warehouse duties such as material handling, stocking, and organizing inventory.
Support shipping and receiving activities, including checking in incoming shipments and processing outgoing orders.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update data using Microsoft Excel and warehouse computer systems.
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to move and organize materials as needed, where qualified and trained.
Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
Adapt to various warehouse tasks as a jack-of-all-trades, supporting different operational needs as they arise.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily order volume and productivity goals.
Essential Skills
Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
Strong attention to detail, especially when counting and verifying inventory.
Proven strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Previous forklift experience.
Experience with warehouse, materials handling, and inventory processes.
Experience in shipping and receiving operations.
Basic computer skills, including the ability to enter and manage data in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and repeatedly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bi-lingual (Spanish) communication skills.
Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
Comfort using or learning warehouse management software such as Nextsweep (training provided).
Background in handling tile, masonry tools, or related building materials is beneficial.
Experience working in smaller, growing companies where flexibility and versatility are valued.

Work Environment
The role is based in a very clean and well-maintained warehouse that also includes an on-site showroom for tile and masonry tools and equipment. The company primarily sells products online and processes approximately 1,400 orders per month, creating a steady and engaging workflow. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for a 40-hour work week. The environment is described as free-thinking and relaxed, while still focused on productivity and quality. You will work with modern warehouse technology, including scan guns and a computer program called Nextsweep (with training provided), as well as Microsoft Excel for data entry and inventory tracking. The facility recently relocated and continues to grow at a measured pace, offering a stable yet dynamic setting where employees can develop alongside the business.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
