?? What You'll Do

Perform day-to-day facility maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, doors, fixtures)

Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and grounds (daily/weekly/monthly)

Respond quickly to maintenance requests and urgent issues as a first responder

Execute preventative maintenance and troubleshoot problems to reduce downtime

Maintain overall cleanliness, organization, and safety across the facility

Support equipment, furniture, and material moves/setups as needed

Ensure supply areas and restrooms are fully stocked

Assist with general cleaning duties when required

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or projects

Support facility upgrades and improvement initiatives

Monitor and respond to security and safety concerns

Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies

Experience in facility maintenance, industrial maintenance, or similar hands-on role

Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently

Reliable, responsive, and team-oriented mindset

Comfortable working in an active hangar environment

Pride in keeping a facility clean, safe, and operating at a high level

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
