Part-Time Administrative Coordinator\ Roof Rescue

About the Role\ We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Part-Time Administrative Coordinator to support our daily operations. This is a critical role that helps keep our team running efficiently and ensures our customers receive a consistent, high-quality experience.

This is not just a task-based position we are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and takes pride in keeping things organized and moving forward.

What Youll Do\ Answer and manage incoming calls, texts, and emails with professionalism\ Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for the team\ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (AccuLynx)\ Support customer communication and follow-ups\ Assist with job tracking, documentation, and internal coordination\ Help ensure nothing falls through the cracks across jobs and customers\ Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed

What Were Looking For\ Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)\ Highly organized with strong attention to detail\ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once\ Proactive mindset you dont wait to be told what to do\ Reliable, consistent, and accountable\ Comfortable with technology (CRM systems, scheduling tools, basic office software)\ Customer-service oriented with a positive, professional attitude
