The Accounts Receivable Coordinator supports the accounting team through independently completed tasks concerning financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate billing and receipts of accounts. This includes preparing invoices, monitoring payments and expenditures, and pursuing payment for past due accounts. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator must comply with established policies and procedures.

Accounts Receivable Coordinator Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in construction AR processing.

5-10 years of experience with retainage, AIA formats, and contract applications.

Knowledge of computer systems (eCMS and/or JD Edwards preferred), including Microsoft Office products

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, courses in accounting preferred

Salary Low

USD $75,000.00/Yr.

Salary High

USD $80,000.00/Yr.
