Job Title: ADE - Field Sales Representative (Tacoma, WA)
Job Description
This role offers an opportunity to help launch a new delivery program in the Tacoma area by recruiting local small businesses to join a hub delivery partner network. You will focus on field-based outreach, visiting prospective businesses, presenting the program, and guiding them through the application and onboarding process. The position combines outside sales, community engagement, and account management, with uncapped commission potential and the chance to build strong partnerships across the local business community.
Responsibilities
Visit prospective local businesses door to door in targeted towns within approximately one hour driving distance to promote the delivery partner program.
Present and pitch the new delivery program opportunity to prospective businesses in a clear and compelling way to generate interest and encourage applications.
Qualify prospective businesses based on program criteria and guide them step by step through the application process.
Lead and manage all prospect and partner activity in Salesforce, including maintaining an organized pipeline and keeping records up to date.
Import Excel spreadsheets and ensure all outreach, applications, and follow-up activities are accurately entered into Salesforce on a weekly basis.
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch-and-learn sessions and town hall-style meetings.
Collaborate with the Field Manager to build relationships with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to drive referrals and awareness.
Drive referrals through community organizations and networks to expand the pool of prospective delivery partners.
Coordinate and execute recruitment events designed to attract and engage small business owners and decision-makers.
Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and new partners by answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping them navigate the onboarding process.
Follow up with prospects and partners from home or a remote setting to complete administrative tasks, manage communications, and ensure timely progression through the pipeline.
Travel within a radius of up to approximately two hours round trip each day to cover assigned territories and meet recruitment goals.
Essential Skills
At least 2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
Proven outside or field sales experience.
CRM experience required, with Salesforce strongly preferred.
Demonstrated account management experience.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building strong relationships.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively pitch and explain program benefits.
High level of professionalism and a strong sense of urgency in responding to prospects and partners.
Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems for applicants in the field.
Tech-savvy, with experience working with multiple systems and technology tools.
Ability to travel up to approximately two hours round trip daily to visit prospective businesses and attend events.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior field sales experience is a plus beyond the required outside sales experience.
Previous experience in a role involving sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus.
Enthusiasm for working with others and collaborating as part of a local field team.
Interest in building community partnerships with small businesses and local organizations.
Comfort using Excel for data handling and activity tracking.
Motivation to work in a performance-driven environment with uncapped commission opportunities.
Work Environment
This position supports the East Tacoma market as the primary field representative for the area. You will spend approximately 80% of your time in the field and 20% working from home on follow-up and administrative tasks. The role involves traveling up to about two hours round trip daily to visit local businesses, attend community events, and support recruitment activities. You will work closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors, using tools such as Salesforce and Excel to manage your pipeline and activity. The position offers uncapped commission with earnings tied to partner conversion milestones, including payments for partner applications, readiness to launch, and sustained launch activity. Mileage reimbursement is provided at a per-mile rate, and a monthly phone expense stipend supports your mobile work. The environment is fast-paced, community-focused, and highly field-oriented, with a strong emphasis on professional presentation and effective communication while engaging with small business owners and community organizations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.50 - $29.00/hr.
