Event Coordinator

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Event Coordinator to plan, support and execute events from concept through completion. This role will manage logistics, vendor coordination, budgets, timelines and on-site event operations to help ensure a smooth and successful experience for attendees and stakeholders. This position Full-time, onsite Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, trade shows, client events and internal functions

Manage event timelines, budgets and project plans

Source and communicate with venues, caterers, suppliers and other vendors

Coordinate event logistics, including registration, travel, materials and audiovisual needs

Support marketing and promotional efforts for events

Monitor event setup, execution and breakdown on-site

Track expenses and prepare post-event reports

Ensure a high level of customer service for guests, clients and internal teams

Requirements

Must have event experience

3+ years of full-cycle event support experience

Experience coordinating catering services

Travel coordination experience

Ability to manage all event logistics from planning through execution

Vendor management experience

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva and Cvent

Excellent communication skills

Experience handling conference coordination
