Job Description
The Sales Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for customers seeking system replacement information, product details, and service solutions. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities with ease, and communicates confidently with customers while coordinating with internal teams and field technicians. The Sales Coordinator handles a high volume of daily interactions, gathers critical information, schedules and coordinates next steps, and ensures a seamless experience from initial inquiry through project handoff.
Responsibilities
Manage approximately 45-50 customer interactions per day through a mix of inbound and outbound calls.
Assist customers with questions regarding system replacement options, products, services, pricing-related information, and next steps.
Collect and accurately document customer information to support estimates, scheduling, and service planning.
Coordinate with field technicians and internal departments to ensure timely follow-up and smooth project progression.
Maintain detailed records and update internal systems with notes, customer data, and appointment information.
Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers while setting clear expectations and resolving routine inquiries.
Prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and a high standard of service.
Support the sales process by ensuring all required information is gathered and verified before projects move forward.
Collaborate closely with teammates to provide an exceptional customer experience and help meet departmental goals.
Work reliably within scheduled hours, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), while maintaining consistent attendance.
Adapt to changing priorities and workflow demands in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment.
Essential Skills
1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, scheduling, coordination, sales coordination, high-volume calls, or retail.
Proven ability to handle high call volume while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear, confident, and empathetic customer interactions.
Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively, including working on two screens and navigating four systems simultaneously.
Proficiency with MS Office and Microsoft Office applications.
Accurate and efficient data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Ability to coordinate effectively with field teams, technicians, or service professionals.
Reliable attendance and flexibility to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) as part of the weekly schedule.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Manassas, VA, with a standard schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position requires working one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) as part of the weekly schedule, supporting customers in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment. You will work primarily at a computer, handling inbound and outbound calls while using multiple software systems and dual monitors to manage customer information, scheduling, and documentation. The work setting emphasizes collaboration with teammates, coordination with field technicians and internal departments, and consistent, professional communication with customers. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
