Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Member Growth Acceleration, will lead strategies that drive measurable growth across Walmart+ member acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role owns the end-to-end growth roadmap, identifying high-impact opportunities and partnering across teams to deliver sustainable performance improvements.
Success in this role requires strategic thinking, operational discipline, strong cross-functional leadership, and a bias toward action. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, data-informed, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to move seamlessly from executive-level strategy to detailed execution.

The Walmart+ Growth Acceleration team drives strategic initiatives to enhance member acquisition, engagement, and retention. This team manages the comprehensive growth roadmap by identifying impactful opportunities and collaborating across functions to deliver sustained performance improvements. Members contribute to data-driven decision-making and cross-functional partnerships, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The team fosters a results-oriented environment that values adaptability, strategic planning, and operational excellence to support Walmart+'s ongoing growth and success.
What you'll do:
Develop a data-driven hypothesis framework to test new ideas, evaluate performance, and scale what works.
Partner across Walmart+, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to launch and optimize growth experiments.
Lead project management for large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Own the roadmap, execution, and delivery of key growth acceleration projects.
Craft and deliver clear, compelling executive updates across multiple workstreams and priorities.
Connect the dots between the growth roadmap and the priorities, timelines, and dependencies of other teams and functions.
Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall member value through experimentation and disciplined execution.
What you'll bring:
Track record of driving growth in a consumer, membership, subscription, product, or digital business.
Strong understanding of growth levers across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Familiarity with the product and technology development lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization through launch and iteration.
Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
Strong storytelling, communication, and executive presence.
Ability to navigate a matrixed organization, influence cross-functional partners, and drive shared accountability.
Demonstrated ability to shift between high-level strategic conversations and detail-oriented project updates.
Data-informed creativity, with experience using experimentation, insights, and performance metrics to guide decisions.
Innovation mindset, with the ability to move quickly between blue-sky thinking and near-term execution

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
