Responsibilities If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for enforcing Federal Criminal and Civil laws that protect life, liberty and the property of citizens. You will be responsible for independently planning, designing, executing, and supervising Information Technology (IT) programs, projects, and work involving a variety of IT specialty areas which support the information management needs of the District. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-2210 Individuals must meet both: The Basic Requirement through Experience; AND The Specialized Experience at the grade level you are applying for as described below. Specialized experience is performing duties such as providing information technology concepts, methods, standards and practices as they relate to evaluating and resolving hardware and software problems; planning and improving information systems to meet the needs of customer requirements; troubleshooting end user computer hardware and software issues; maintaining systems accounts with various enterprise software programs; maintenance of server and LAN/WAN activities; maintenance and troubleshooting of network problems in various office locations.
