JOB REQUIREMENTS: - As the Senior Executive Assistant to the executive leaders your goal is to provide administrative support and anticipate needs related to the business functions that are broad, varied, and confidential in nature. As part of the organization\'s administrative support team you will have the opportunity to learn, and be a valued and integral part of, the teams you support. #LI-MD1 #LI-Onsite This role supports three executive leaders including: Group President, Turf & Consumer and Aftermarket Parts & Service Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer & Corporate Services Vice President, Chief Procurement Officer You will do this by: Scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel (domestic and international), agendas, contact information and auxiliary materials for assigned executives Preparing, drafting, composing and editing incoming/outgoing correspondence, reports and other documents as requested Managing various projects in relation to the business support Creating presentations and materials for weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual updates in support of the executive(s) or other team members Coordinating office related invoices and expense reports and obtaining appropriate approvals per audit standards Acting as a trusted advisor for the leaders you support Serving as point of contact/lead for a variety of company or divisional activities including facilitating communication (in partnership with corporate communications), registration, and representation The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities.
