This role is responsible for guiding product development from concept through validation, applying expertise in thermodynamics, internal combustion engines, stress analysis, cooling systems, and electrical theory to deliver reliable, cost-effective products. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering Analysts, Lab Technicians, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to establish product requirements, develop technical specifications, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure successful execution of multiple projects in a fast-paced matrix environment. This NPD Mechanical Project Engineer position requires a self-motivated professional with strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills who is committed to engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and delivering innovative solutions that meet performance, durability, quality, and cost targets.
