The (USA) Manager, Business Development leads strategic initiatives to drive business growth by cultivating and maintaining key internal and external relationships. The Specialty Pharmacy Business Development team advances access to essential therapies by forming innovative manufacturer partnerships and patient-focused solutions. Collaborating across healthcare, strategy, and operations, the team designs programs that enhance affordability, adherence, and outcomes for patients with complex conditions. Known for transforming strategy into scalable execution, the team delivers measurable impact in dispensing, patient support, and clinical care. Committed to making specialty care more accessible and affordable, the team leverages industry expertise and data-driven insights to improve patient experiences throughout the care journey.
What you'll do:
Drive business growth by developing and maintaining strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support mutual value and business objectives.
Lead sales strategy execution, managing key accounts and negotiating purchases to meet specifications and procurement guidelines.
Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, ensuring alignment with customer and business needs while identifying improvement opportunities.
Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities to associates, fostering accountability and continuous learning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while promoting a positive and high-performing team environment.
Utilize data and insights to inform decisions and drive results with adaptability and a focus on excellence.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience in business development with a strong track record of driving growth and managing key accounts.
Expertise in sales strategy development and execution to maximize business valuation and meet organizational objectives.
Strong skills in customer relationship management, fostering productive stakeholder engagement and resolving issues effectively.
Demonstrated accountability and adaptability in managing projects and leading teams to achieve measurable results.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
