What you'll do:
Lead complex problem-solving initiatives and guide implementation of corrective actions across functions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic alignment and cross-functional project execution.
Develop and evaluate corporate development strategies, including mergers and acquisitions screening, valuation, and due diligence.
Manage multiple M&A projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, resources, and quality standards.
Facilitate negotiation preparations and support contract discussions with data-driven insights.
Monitor financial performance, forecast risks, and recommend business-centric solutions.
Communicate strategic impacts clearly to senior leadership and influence decision-making.
What you'll bring:
Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions strategy with proven ability to lead complex projects and negotiations.
Strong financial acumen to analyze performance, forecast changes, and develop business-centric solutions aligned with corporate strategy.
Expertise in project and program management, ensuring alignment of resources, timelines, and stakeholder collaboration.
Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and present data-driven insights to senior leadership.
Demonstrated ability to identify risks, propose corrective actions, and drive strategic alignment across multiple business units.
Proficiency in business development and negotiation to support deal execution and value creation.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
