Role summary:
As the Principal Data Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of comprehensive data architectures that support business objectives and data governance standards. This role requires expertise in data modeling, integration, and quality management across multiple platforms, including cloud and big data technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility. What you'll do:
Define and implement data architecture strategies, including data modeling, integration, and governance across multiple platforms.
Identify and validate data sources ensuring quality, reliability, and fitness for business needs.
Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with business objectives and technology standards.
Lead data quality initiatives and establish metrics to ensure data accuracy and usability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
Provide architectural assessments, roadmaps, and proof-of-concept validations for emerging data technologies.
Mentor team members on data practices and support adherence to regulatory and ethical data policies.
What you'll bring:
Proficiency in data modeling techniques and tools, with the ability to build complex logical, conceptual, and physical models.
Strong knowledge of data governance principles, regulatory requirements, and data quality management frameworks.
Experience in defining and implementing data strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory policies.
Ability to analyze business @contexts and translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
Proven leadership skills in mentoring teams and guiding data architecture standards and best practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Option 3: Master's degree in Computer Science and 3 years' experience in data engineering, solution architecture, business intelligence, business analytics or related field.
