Our client, an industrial and manufacturing organization based in Baytown, TX, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential part of the operations support team, ensuring smooth daily activities and effective communication across departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Baytown, TX

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 1st shift| Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and operational teams

Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally

Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars efficiently

Assist with data entry, reporting, and document preparation to support business needs

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred

1-3 years of administrative experience in a professional setting

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and pay close attention to detail
