Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) is a modern behavioral health care system that includes a variety of programs, including residential and vocational services for individuals with serious mental illnesses, developmental disabilities, substance abuse disorders, and much more. As the Associate EHR Product Manager, you will support the creation and implementation of the electronic health record product (EHR) vision, roadmap, budget with limited supervision and authority. As the EHR Product Manager, you will direct the creation and implementation of the electronic health record product (EHR) vision, roadmap, budget with full independence and administrative direction as well as overseeing the evolution and lifecycle of the individual product(s) and/or module(s). EHR individual products include closed loop medication management, lab management, calendar connectivity, record management, nursing and care practitioner support, patient portal, revenue cycle management, referral manager and/or data analytics and reporting.
Responsibilities include:
Create or support the creation and implementation of product vision, roadmap, governance structure and budget that generates value for customers and stakeholders while realizing financial benefits, creating new knowledge, building agency or product capabilities and reducing risks and liabilities.
Oversee or contribute to the end-to-end product development lifecycle and deliver a high-quality product in a timely manner, aligning with product line objectives and guiding principles, and promoting a consistent and easy-to-navigate user experience.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to foster collaboration and product support.

Minimum Qualifications
To be qualified for and considered for this position, applicants must meet all the minimum qualifications listed below. Associate Product Management Specialist:
Three (3) years of experience supporting product management functions in a complex regulatory environment and/or supporting the creation and/or implementation of Electronic Health Record system products and/or modules. Experience must demonstrate the following:
Analyzing data, trends, customer feedback, or performance metrics to inform recommendations, priorities, or decision-making.
Communicating recommendations, changes, or process improvements to stakeholders to foster mutual understanding and guidance through change.
Customer-focused approach grounded in active listening, empathy, and solution-oriented problem-solving
Supporting the creation of product strategy, roadmap development, governance, or service delivery initiatives.
Product Management Specialist:
Four (4) years of experience in product management and the creation and/or implementation of Electronic Health Record system products and/or modules. Experience must demonstrate the following:
Identifying, structuring, and analyzing data, trends, customer feedback, or performance metrics to inform recommendations, priorities, or decision-making and setting target metrics and goals for evaluating the success of the product and usability.
Partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, technical teams, and leadership to prioritize work, align strategic objectives, and drive continuous improvement.
Customer-focused approach grounded in active listening, empathy, and solution-oriented problem-solving, with leadership skills that support positive user experiences and high-performing teams.
Directing the creation and advising on product strategy, roadmap development, governance, or service delivery initiatives independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience conducting user research, customer interviews, surveys, or usability feedback analysis.
Experience working as a product manager or product owner in a government or highly regulated environment.
