Outside Sales Representative

Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Telemarketer with experience selling services in either the education sector or other professional service industries. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of generating leads, conducting high-volume outbound calls, building relationships, and closing sales in both B2B and B2C environments.

Key Responsibilities:

? Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients and customers.

? Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting activities.

? Present and promote company services to potential clients.

? Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through closing.

? Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.

? Build and maintain strong client relationships.

? Accurately document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

? Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

Preferred Skills:

? Strong closing and objection-handling abilities.

? Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

? Comfortable working with performance metrics and sales quotas.

? Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, high-volume sales environment.

? Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Knowledge, Skill & Other Requirements:

? Must be legally eligible to work in United States.

? High School diploma or GED equivalent required.

? Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel.
